Alec Reynolds

Alec has over 15 years of experience and serves as our general factotum. Of the many hats he wears, his favorite part of the job comes from building relationships with customers and customizing their policies to best fit their needs. He loves the day-to-day dealings with customers and strive to maintain the same outstanding customer-agent relationship that his mentors had with their customers. Outside of work, Alec is a proud BGSU Alumnus, an avid Chicago Bears fan, and his love for music drives him and his husband to attend more concerts and live music events than anyone we know.

Amanda Basquez

Amanda began working in the insurance industry in 2023 after a long career in financial services. She is excited to be able to help individuals and families in our community learn the importance of having the right coverage and prepare for the unexpected. When she's not working, Amanda loves spending time with her son and diving into a good book!

Amber Blakeley

Amber has over five years of experience in helping customers with policy changes, billing inquiries/payments, and proof of insurance and mortgage requests. While she’s a recent addition to the team, she has worked in the insurance industry since 2018 and loves building relationships with customers by treating them like family and tailoring their policies to fit their needs.

Austin Reynolds

Austin joined our team after spending several years in hospitality management. Most of his work consists of the behind the scenes tasks that have to be done in order for our agency to operate efficiently. Working in tandem with the team, he spends time developing, implementing and refining processes to help see consistency between both locations and compliance. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his husband, is a proud dog dad, like to bowl, and is an avid Chicago Bears fan.

Chris Click

Chris joined our team after dedicating two years to the sale and servicing of life insurance with a competitor. He is an enthusiastic sports fan of the city of Detroit and is frequently seen watching or attending games for the Lions or Tigers. In our organization, Chris’s primary responsibility is to assist customers in reviewing the intricacies of insurance coverages and contracts, helping see that they are equipped with adequate options that are tailored to their specific needs.

Christina Courtney

Christina grew up in Perrysburg and has proudly represented Allstate since 2018. We joke that she is our "director of first impressions" as she's typically the first person you'll speak with when calling or stopping by our Secor office. She also oversees claims for our agency and acts as a liaison between our claims department, customers, and repair vendors; so, chances are that you'll be interacting with one another should you ever have to file a claim. Delivering exceptional customer service with a smile is important to her. With her extensive knowledge and experience in insurance billing and claims, she helps customers find the best policies that work for them.

Jennifer Fox

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience, having represented Allstate since 2005. She has earned numerous certifications and awards and has been an invaluable part of the agency’s award-winning success over the course of two decades. Jennifer’s comprehensive knowledge of Allstate’s systems and policies allows her to identify customers’ needs to provide them with the very best insurance solutions. Because of her deep knowledge and many years of experience Jennifer has been called upon by Allstate to provide her feedback on new company initiatives and programs. Jennifer’s unique ability to foster strong relationships with customers them knowing that they are truly in “good hands”. When Jennifer isn’t taking care of customers by helping them with their claim, or helping them have the right coverages or saving them money on their insurance she is taking care of her beloved animals, her dog Murphy and her cat Wren.

Kelly Mytczynskyj

Kelly has been on the team for several years, serving customers as an Associate Sales & Service Agent. Prior to her insurance days, she managed the parts & service departments in stores for over 15 years! While she loved what she did, she made the tough decision to switch careers a few years ago and says she hasn't looked back since! She loves working with customers and helping them understand the importance of their coverages. Her hobbies include art, reading and taking adventures to new places!

Madison Oatman

Madison grew up in the Sylvania/Toledo area and graduated from the University of Toledo with a major in Art History and a minor in Ceramics. She has had a wide range of jobs prior to joining our agency, including working as a receptionist, at a dog daycare, as a florist. In her work in insurance, she is passionate about keeping people insured and safe, helping see they have the protection they need. She enjoys trying new things and meeting people along the way. She loves animals of all kinds and currently has two dogs, two cats, a snake, and a turtle. She also enjoys attending events in the Toledo surrounding area; the more unique, the better!

Olivia Fox

Having an extensive background in sales and service, Olivia joined her mother and sister at the family Allstate Agency after spending several years in retail sales, service and management. Olivia utilizes her strong communication skills to inform customers on their insurance coverage and the ways they can better save on those coverages. Olivia is also a skilled artist and spends much of her free time painting and drawing. She also has two cats who spend their free time watching her paint and draw.

Walter Mytczynskyj

Walter has lived in Northwest Ohio for his entire life. He enjoys helping customers and prospects obtain the coverages they need to properly protect their families. Throughout his 17+ years in this industry, he has held many different roles giving him a well-rounded experience. He currently focus’ on business, automobile and property insurance. He is a published author, enjoys reading and literature, and loves spending time with his friends and family.
